PILATES LUNCH CRUNCH This class will energize, strengthen and de-stress your body & mind to help you power through the rest of your day. Class will focus on strengthening, toning and stretching your entire body. All levels welcome. Feel free to show up late or leave early, if you have time constraints for your lunch hour.

Special Classes:

Kundalini Yoga Sadhana (mini) - 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of meditation (breath and chanting to get you balanced, clear and charged up for the day. A shortened version of the full Sadhana.

Kundalini Yoga Sadhana ~ 20 minutes of meditation on the sound current of Japji, followed by 40 minutes of Yoga and 60 minutes of chanting. A powerful daily practice.

Pre-Natal/Post-Natal Yoga - Gentle, safe and supportive, the classical yoga poses are modified for the changing needs of the expectant mother, to ease and enjoy pregnancy. Develop strength, flexibility, proper alignment and breathing, inner peace and balance, in preparation for birth and motherhood. For the new mother, this class rebuilds core strength and nurtures for the joy of motherhood. Yehudit Coutin.

Kundalini Yoga & Lifestyle - Each class will focus on a lifestyle topic as taught by Yogi Bhajan (diet, communication, sleeping habits, etc.) and will be explored by being linked with appropriate postures, visualization, mantras, breath, meditation and deep relaxation. All levels are welcome as each student will honor their body and set their own pace. Experience subtle changes in your day which can bring a sense of well being. Taught by Brenda Disenhouse.

Restorative Hatha Yoga - Each class will explore, in depth, a difference part of the body systems, for example back (spine), hips, balance, and shoulders. Asanas (postures) will use support and props, when necessary, in order to allow the body's muscles and tendons to gently open and release. Class is based mostly on the teaching of BKS Iyengar. Iyengar's method of Hatha Yoga is characterized by precision of body alignment, the use of props (blocks, straps, blankets, mats, and chairs) to help accomplish and master Yoga poses. This class will be of benefit to Yoga practitioners of all levels. The end of class will focus on restorative poses, followed by a period of complete relaxation (savasana). Taught by Kurt Bumiller.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation for Stress Management and Relaxation - Stress is vital to life - we can't grow without it. The body knows how to handle stress, but the problem is prolonged stress or trauma - where we are overwhelmed and cannot cope. This class will explore using Kundalini yoga to help manage stress. We will focus on strengthening the nervous system, the aura, and the meditative mind. We will address the causes of stress and treating the symptoms. Taught by Celeste Mosca.

· 5-Class Card $60 (must be completed within 6 consecutive weeks)
· 10-Class Card $110 (good for 12 weeks)
· 10-Class Discount Cards $90 for Seniors - 65+, F/T Students & authorized organizations.
· Unlimited Classes 1 month = $125; 3 month = $325; 6 month = $575; 1 year = $975.
· Private yoga or meditation instruction available

Things to know:
· All students please arrive 5 minutes early
· Classes start on time
· All classes are all levels (Beginning thru advanced)
· Wear comfortable workout clothes
· Bare feet in class is recommended
· Do not eat solid food two hours before class
· Bring a towel or blanket (sticky mat optional)
· Let the teacher know if you are a beginner
· Unless otherwise noted, classes are ongoing - no need to pre-register - just show up for the class you wish to attend
